Yellow and green, with the arms of the town: the flag of Labico
This flag is split down the middle: yellow on the hoist side, green on the fly side. In the centre stands a red shield with a dark eagle perched on a green hill of three peaks. A grey mural crown with a red lining sits above the shield, and two leafy branches tied with a ribbon in the Italian tricolour frame it from below.
Lo stemma e il gonfalone
Italian Wikipedia says the arms of Labico reproduce the seal the Comune used in 1816. It gives the blazon as a red field with an eagle on an Italian-style hill of three green peaks. The gonfalone, it adds, is a cloth split yellow and green, bearing the arms and trimmed with silver.
From Lugnano to Labico
The town was called Lugnano until 1872, when it became Labicano; in 1880 the name changed again, to the present Labico. The new name recalls the ancient Labicum, which the antiquarian Francesco de' Ficoroni, a native of the town, identified with Lugnano in the 18th century. Scholars such as Nibby and Tomassetti judged that theory unfounded.
In the countryside south-east of Rome
Labico is a comune of the metropolitan city of Rome Capital, in Lazio. The old Via Casilina (SR 6) runs through it, and the station of Labico lies on the Rome-Naples line via Cassino. Local feasts include that of Maria SS. del Rovo, with a procession on the last Sunday of May, and that of San Rocco, with a procession on the Saturday before the last Sunday of August.
